LM BOWIE & DICK TEST PACK

Air leaks in the sterilization chamber threaten sterilization safety. Daily use of LM Test Bowie & Dick Test Sheets help to determine sterilizer malfunction at an early stage.

LM Bowie & Dick Test Sheets with DIN A4 dimension can be placed inside a pack made of dry towels according to EN 285 standard. After steam sterilization at 134°C – 3.5 minutes, the reactive ink will show a clear and accurate color change from blue to black. In the case of sterilizer malfunction, the test sheet will show a non-uniform color development and possible failures can be interpreted easily by the enclosed color change card.

Bowie & Dick Test Sheets conform to ISO 11140-1 and ISO 11140-3.

  • DIN A4 size
  • Designed for STEAM sterilization at 134°C – 3.5 minutes.
  • Water based, non-toxic chemical indicator
  • Clear and accurate color change from blue to black.
  • Test sheet can be kept for recording purpose.
  • Manufactured in absence of lead or other heavy metals
  • In compliance with ISO 11140-1 and ISO 11140-3
TLM CLASS 4 STEAM INDICATOR

LM Test Class 4 Multi-Variable Steam Indicator Strips are designed to be used in steam sterilizers operating at 134˚C – 3.5 minutes. The indicator strips can be used in every pack and will provide assurance of steam penetration into the packs.

The water based and non-toxic chemical indicator in compliance with ISO 11140-1 will show a clear and accurate color change from blue to black after successful steam sterilization.

LM Test indicator strips are cost effective and can be divided into two separate pieces for economical use.

  • Dual strip design
  • Designed for STEAM sterilization at 134˚C – 3.5 minutes
  • Water based, non-toxic chemical indicator
  • Clear and accurate color change
  • Manufactured in absence of lead and other heavy metals
LM CLASS 5 ETO INDICATOR

LM Test Class 5 Ethylene Oxide (ETO) indicator strips are designed to be used at ethylene oxide sterilizers in compliance with ISO 11135. The indicator strips can be used in every pack and will provide assurance of ethylene oxide gas penetration into the packs.

The water based and non-toxic chemical indicator in compliance with ISO 11140-1 will show a clear and accurate color change from white to yellow after successful ethylene oxide sterilization.

LM Test indicator strips are cost-effective and can be divided into two separate pieces for economical use.

  • Dual Strip design
  • Designed for Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilization
  • Water based, non-toxic chemical indicator
  • Clear and accurate color change
  • Manufactured in absence of lead and heavy metals
CLASS 6 STEAM INDICATOR

LM Test Class 6 Emulating steam indicator strips are designed to be used in steam sterilizers operating at 121˚C – 15 minutes and 134˚C – 3.5 minutes.

The cycle verification indicators can be used in every pack and will provide assurance of steam penetration into the packs and the presence of all critical parameters of the steam sterilization cycle.

The water based and non-toxic chemical indicator in compliance with ISO 11140-1 will show a clear and accurate color change from blue to lilac after successful steam sterilization.

  • Single Strip design
  • Designed for STEAM at 134˚C – 3.5 minutes.
  • Designed for STEAM at 121˚C – 15 minutes
  • Water based, non-toxic chemical indicator
  • Clear and accurate color change

LM ADHESIVE STEAM & ETO LABEL

Labmax Test adhesive indicator labels are double-sided self-adhesive labels available with a chemical indicator for steam and ethylene oxide sterilization methods.

The lead-free chemical indicators in compliance with ISO 11140-1 provide an easy interpretation and will show an accurate indicator color change after a successful sterilization cycle.

Used with Label Gun, the labels can be printed with traceability providing data like sterilization and expiry date, autoclave and cycle no.

  • Double sided self-adhesive label
  • Designed for STEAM and EtO
  • Non-toxic and lead free process indicator
  • Accurate indicator color chance
  • Conforms to ISO 11140-1
LABEL GUN

LM Test Indicator Label Guns provide an easy handling and printing solution for indicator labels used for recording purpose. Indicator labels are designed to create a direct link between the sterilization process and the patient.

The label gun can be used to print important traceability data on the label such as sterilization/expiry date, operator code and autoclave/cycle no on the label.

Indicator label guns are available with the three-line feature.

Ultrasonic Cleaner

The Ultrasonic Cleaners are manufactured using Solid State technology forUltrasonic Generator and PZT tranducers for converting the electrical energy to mechanical vibrations in the cleaning liquid. The bonding is done by using weld bond method to ensure better effciency and longer life. The Ultrasoinc energy thus converted creates cavitations in the cleaning liquid and when the cavities implode the cleaning is effected on the articles immersed in the cleaning liquid. Suitable cleanings agent is used depending on the contaminatio and the material to be cleaned.

DESCRIPTION

1. Ultrasonic generator: The Ultrasonic Generator converts the mains frequency (50 HZ ~) electrical power into high frequency power (30+/-3 KHZ~). The generator makes use of solid-state circuitry with technology. The generator is in modular from and each module gives an output power of 250watts. There is 3 nos of such moduled and total power of 750 watts (average). The Generator also houses the heater circuitry to supply power to the heaters in ultrasonic bath with digital temprature controller controls. Digital timer is provided for Ultrasonic semiautometic operation. The Generator is housed in S.S. 304(19 gage) cabinet with castor wheel for easy portability.

2. Tranducerised Cleaning Bath: The bath is fabricated to the required size using S.S. 304, 16 gauge sheets. The heater is provided in the bath with digital temprature controller. The PZT tranducers in sandwich from are glued on bottom side of the tank with epoxy using weld bond technology ensuring long life and higher efficiency. These tranducers convert the high frequency ultrasonic power into mechanical vibrations that propagate through the cleaning medium in the bath. As a result cavitations is produced in the medium. The tank is provided with drain valve to flish the liquid from the tank as and when required. The entire assembly is housed in S.S. cabinet.
